good job, for the money

There were too many inconsistencies with this particular company, from being late to scheduled meetings, to not fulfilling expected job. I couldn’t put my name on recommending this company.

Came out and tore down the one dilapidated deck as built the new one in 2 days right before Christmas. Awesome work! Thank you guys!

Had a few irregular joists in the framing that were installed when I was not home. One phone call and the joists were replaced next day with good response. Balance of work, installing deck boards, railing and balusters, and stairs all very nice.

Overall I am very satisfied! I feel the guy could of been more upfront about a project (I had to call to clarify when they were starting as rain was getting in the way [this should of been his job], I wasn’t informed of where he was planing on placing my balcony (which he should of also done), and they left the landscape a mess with wires and such up from under the ground. Aside from all this, the group of guys I had were outstanding and amazing! I would highly recommend them to someone if they can get those three under control (which are the least of the problems that many have!). Great quality for an amazing price! Very happy’n thank You for all the work.

They did the work that I asked for and I paid for. Worked with me on items outside of the original scope.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The gentleman came to my house to look at the deck rebuild. Called about three days latter with the price. When we agreed to the price, he came back to pick up the deposit and said the would start work in 2-3 weeks and would take about a week that was the last time I saw him. About two weeks later 2 guys were walking around on my deck and I went to see who the were. They said they were the sub contractors that were going to rebuild the deck. Three weeks later the deck was done. There were some things I would have liked to have done differently but at that point I just wanted them out of here.

I chose this company because of the good reviews but the work was anything but good. We settled on a start day and the wood was dropped off on a Friday morning without warning and blocked my car in the garage. Two full weeks later, they finally showed up to start on the deck and I could get my car out. We worked with Mike who subbed out the job to another group. They were loud and on numerous occasions we heard them say that they didn't know what they were doing. The deck looked great for two weeks but now boards are breaking loose from the screws and a few steps do not have support so they bow when you step on them. Upon further inspection of other areas, there are screws that don't even screw into anything. When I contacted Mike to see if he would have the guys come back and fix it, he only said ok. That was July 8th and still no one has contacted me to fix. I've had to attempt to fix the issues myself which is really frustrating. Mike was very nice but I don't think I would hire this company again. I shared photos with Mike via text and still nothing. Buy at your own risk.
