The follow up and support was horrible. I rescheduled twice to accommodate them and they didn't even show up.

Team were very helpful in design and build. Love the new deck. Deck has been installed for well over a year. Quality is holding up great and we use it nightly. Love the addition to our back yard.

Quality of install was ok. Revive Remodel tried to manipulate payments inconsistent with the contract. Communication from company was very poor. Failed to follow up with homeowner and utility companies in advance of job start and ultimately had crew waiting around for over an hour on official start of project while waiting on utility company to arrive on short notice. Installers worked shirtless which was unprofessional at minimum and inappropriate given wife and children were on site during install. Only positive was the electrical work subcontracted to The Electrical Connection...they were great! Overall, was relieved when project was completed and instead of excitement about home improvements it was a stressful and frustrating process.

Tom & Tim are awesome. They work fast and are So polite and pleasant. Great job, well done.

My deck was not built to the plan that was made originally. The guys that came and worked on the deck or easier to work with the original salesman. I would only hire this company again because of the work that the guys did.

Workman very professional and informative, cleaned up. Very respectful

Great quality work! My fence looks great and the workers knocked it out quickly. Communication during the period after I paid my deposit up to the day of construction could have been better. All in all Revive did a great job with my fence.
