The fence was up in two days. It looks very nice. Everything was cleaned up after the install. The installer took waste material to the curb, told me that people would be by later that day or the next to collect it. They were there a couple of hours later. Thank you guys.

It was a delay to build my deck. I called after the work was finished because of a problem with the wood that was used and was never contacted to fix the issue.

Response from Company:

We explained to the customer that all pressure treated lumber will crack, can not prevent the cracking. When the wet wood dries out it cracks and we explained that to the customer. Even though we replaced several boards and asked to meet the customer at any Lumber Store to look at their pressure treated lumber they refused to meet us. Can prevent the natural part of wood cracking. We even use Pine No. 1 grade wood the best in the industry.

They broke a sewer line and water line when digging for one of the post holes. They made NO effort to help fix the problem and I had to hire another contractor to fix the damaged pipes. There was little to no communication about anything. The quality of work was passable however it was bare bones. only one had rail for each set of steps which looked terrible the risors for the steps were left open adn there was nothing to finish the open area under the deck. Really just a terrible experience.

This was rental unit and the pipes were going out of the back yard and were not marked by the utility company. We fixed the pipes as soon as we could with help from customer because it was not our fault. Its a basic deck and we showed the customer a picture of it, he was fine with the great price but wanted a lot if extras that were not in the contract at all.

They did not dig out to level ground, threw tarp and gravel over grass, poured concrete, left the mess we called them to come clean up the 2x4s and extra concrete, they came took their 2x4s threw soil down over the extra gravel/concrete and left... called to ask them to clean it up again, they came chiseled the extra concrete and left. Holes all around the edges of the cement, gravel EVERYWHERE! Filled claim with BBB and no response yet!!

We never dig out to level ground because water will flow back into the block and leak into basement. We had to let the concrete set up for several days before you can remove the 2x4 so the concrete dose not crack. We filled in the holes with concrete. We did respond to the BBB report and finished the concrete, VERY impatient customer, NOTE: we have A+ rating at the BBB!!!!

Happy with final finished product. Not very professional. Lucky I was home to make sure they used proper materials.

This customer watched almost every minute of the work we were trying to do . Plus tried telling us how to install a fence which we install over 100 fences a year and have an A+ rating at the BBB. We only use pressure treated materials and galvanized accessories. Fence looks great and customer very happy.

Subcontractors needed to be more carefully monitored.

We stopped at the job every other day to check on crew. This crew does over 15 Room Additions a year and does excellent work, No need to monitor a crew every day.

Do not use this company.

Response from Company:

We couldn't complete the job in 2 days because of the cold weather and they had to keep their dogs on a leash for 2 days longer than wanted. Can't control the weather unfortunately .
