I'm very disappointed in the work this contractor did. I could not in good conscience recommend Revive to anyone. The contractor does not check the work of his subcontractor. Many problems occurred during the construction that were unprofessional.
We took only off old decking boards and installed a composite boards, they did like the screws because they were not a perfect match, close but not perfect, otherwise job looks great
Quality job completed on time and at a really fair price for the quality received.
Mike quoted the wood fence and was ready to get the project started. Rob and his son did the work. They were very conscientious and did a wonderful job even though the weather was very wet. The only reason they received 4 stars instead of 5 for customer service was I wished they had a larger team so the old fence could have been torn down and the fence posts set quicker. Rob was very accomodating and stayed until 8:00 one evening to be sure the fencing and gates were completed as he knew I was getting tired of walking my dogs at all hours.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They hire contractors who do not care when they show up. Ours didn't show up for days when he said he would. He never called to let us know. He left cigarette butts all over our yard for us to clean up before our dog got to them. They were extremely rude and Revive's customer service was beyond horrible! Never hire these people!
It was impossible to do any work because there entire yard was a swamp. We waited until the water got receded and the back yard was still very wet. They had 2 large dogs and needed the fence ASAP. We have been back 6 times to reset posts because the ground is so wet. Diffficult customer because of it rained almost every day when we were installing. Job looks great and we have an excellent warranty.
It took over 5 months to complete a small bathroom remodel (6'x8'). And although the completed job is beautiful, it wasn't worth the aggravation it took to get there. I had to inspect the work of each subcontractor as the project manager did not do so. The contractor hired sub-contractors who were inexperienced and made several costly errors. Some of the problems included drywalled over outlets; tile cut incorrectly and ran out of special order tile; electrician didn't install overhead vanity lights; marble accessories were installed upside down; cultured marble when installed was cracked and contractor covered it up with a box.
we followed the customers exact guidelines, the major problem is that the husband had a specific plan on how he wanted the the room to look like, unfortunetly the wife did not agree with any of the husband guidelines, it was impossible to get this job done...we had over 14 change orders and many more we did not even record...this job took twice as long and we have 4 starr rating because we do excellent work even among very difficult customers
