The guys who actually built our deck did an amazing job. One day, they worked for hours in the rain, and they were always professional and polite. Revives customer service was not the best. Mike, our install manager, did not communicate with us as we thought he should have, especially after our original plans completely changed. What we were told would be a 2-week project once it was started, ended up being a 7-week project.

Very disappointed in end result for my deck. I felt the job was thrown together just to get it done. No attention to details. They used a free hand saw to cut the boards which none of them lined up. I am still stuck with those ugly gaps. The wood was label side up and never paid attention to turning it over to see if that side was better. I will be spending time sanding the rough spots on the wood which is very visible on the railing. Screws were drilled in but found many raised up and discovered they were broke in half. I had to redo so many. I had to call the crew back twice to replace boards I found bad. Looking at a distance the deck looks good but please do not look to close!! I do not recommend using this company.

Signed a contract with them. It was supposed to be completed in 2 to 4 weeks, however, he said he had a problem getting the permit. We found out, from a **very reliable source**, that that was not the case, he decided to do other, more expensive projects before us. He had the material l dropped off sit there for two weeks. They came to dig the post, the day after, the inspection did not pass. We decided not to go any further with this Revive. Contacted another company and when they began the work, they noticed that all of our composite deckings had mold on it from being stacked on top of each other for two weeks in the heat and humidity! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!
