Very slow to get project finished. The project manager was overbooked w other projects..

this was a Bexley home with a lot of old wiring, plumbing, walls, ceiling and it took a while to get everything done due to the older home. We worked as quickly as possible to finish the job and customer was very happy

Excellent customer service, professional and courteous. Communication and responsiveness better than I've ever experienced. The work was completed to a high standard and in super quick time. Great value for money. We are hiring them to install our patio also. Highly recommend this company.

quality of work was good with prompt service. but....this company did not get the necessary zoning permit before starting the work. I had to do the leg work with fees, several weeks after completion to satisfy the local zoning inspector. This contractor should have taken care of this before starting work.

It was not zoning but home owners association that wanted approval, the customer said they were going to take care of this but forgot

I was told these people where full-time employees. They were sub-contracted to do my job. My job did turn out to be satisfactory.

They are all captured contractors that work year around for us, but if they want to a side job for a friend we can't stop them. Finished project looks great
