They worked with my insurance to get me a new roof for a very good priice. They were honest and professional. My only complaint was that the job took a little longer than first estimated, but in the end the shingles look beautiful.

Best price compared to Lowes and Home Depot, they wanted over one thousand more than this Pro. Fence was done correctly and straight.

Very poor job. Installer wants to be the land surveyor. Fence is not sturdy. Some parts are still coming out of the groove when push. Did not use what was recommenend by USA Vinyl two 80lb bags or two 60lb of concrete and to fill top all around. Gate was installed incorrectly opening from the ouside with cross bar on outside. Ask Rob to change according to reg and he was very rude. All talk about is getting paid for a job not done right. Poor coustomer service. Supervior never calls back. Supervisor don't know requirements. Assume that Installer know what they doing. Urine in my back yard. Don't clean as go. Very unprofessional company.

Customer has just lost a loved one and was very emotional. Customer has paid us in full and is very happy. We used 2 bags of 60 pound concrete because when Delaware Building department had us dig the holes 42 inches deep for each post. Gate was installed correctly, bar has to go on outside because the gate would not open if it was on the inside. Again customer very unstable but we worked with her all her difficult situations.

The deck construction went very well. The crew was very respectful toward me as well as toward my landscaping. They tore out the old deck and installed the new with no damage to the surrounding plants. It took a little longer than anticipated to have the debris removed, but overall, I was exceptionally pleased with Revive and would recommend them highly.

The fence was well-built, but there were other issues significant enough that we would not hire Revive again. The job felt rushed (workers get paid more the more jobs they do), they showed up close to dark to start the work, and it was disturbing to our neighbors with small children, and they were careless with clean-up. We found nails all over our yard (about 35 so far just by sight), and debris (cigarette butts, gum, etc.). Asked Revive to send someone with a metal detector to clean up nails, but gentleman they sent had no detector and just walked the perimeter of our yard. We had to purchase a metal detector ourselves. Nice fence though.

Again the fence was built and installed in only ONE day. The guys finished at dark so the customer could contain there kids in the morning. We came out the next morning to clean up and the customer had already been cleaning up. We could not clean up the day before because it was so dark out when we finshed. Again cleaned up the next morning and the customer gave us an excellent Customer Survey report when give to all customers.
