Fence and patio look great! Only problem is that they splashed some concrete on the vinyl siding and did not wash it off. They were curteous and hard working.
Revive did a good job and I am satisfied with the work they did!

Fence was least expensive they had. No calls were ever made to me without my calling first. Job was done 6/2-7. Rained Sat Night ( didn't work at all Sat ) and Early Sun ( Cont. worked that day ) _all_ 3 ft Holes dug 6/2, If I wasn't here, delivery could not be made. Cont could not get to material in locked garage unless I was here. 3 gates 38.5"x6'. Nothing custom asked for. All gates were made inside my garage by contractor. 2-3wk/1-2day job took 5-6wks/6days. Worst customer relations I ever dealt with.
Customer ordered a custom vinyl fence with custom gates, we called her one week after the sale and explained that the gates would take 3-4 weeks because they were custom width. There was no need for her to be there for deivery, our installer was their 15 minutes after 8:00 am due to traffic. It took 5 days to complete due raining every day. We called her to explain weather delays during installation but she expected our crews to work in the rain with power tools. we communicated 8 times through the phone , she never answers her e-mails at all!!!
Revive Remodeling came to my house and took measurements, etc. but never got back to me with an estimate. The customer shouldn't have to bother the contractor just to get an estimate. Very disappointing experience and I would never consider them for future projects.
We called the customer the day after we stopped at their house and explained to his wife that this is a coomercial property and needs a commercial permit. WE explained we only do residental work and a residental license not a commercial license.
Terrible customer service, Rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and way over priced for the work done. I have left several messages to get it finished and no one has returned my calls.
we did a fence for Leslie and she gave us a 5 star rating. We follow up with every customer everytime they call. Leslie has not called the office because as one of the owners I persnally follow up on every complaint. We have 45 - 5 star ratings and 13 - 4 star rating cause we follow up. We are very professional. respectful and extremely fairly priced.
The gentleman that did my bathroom remodel did very mediocre work; especially the tile work in the shower area. He forgot to level the bottom of the shower floor which created a problem hanging the shower doors. I had to hire someone else to fix some of the problems created and while it looks better there were issues that couldn't be fixed. While Revive compensated me on the labor, I would rather have paid the full amount of labor and had quality workmanship.
we are not a perfect company and we do make mistakes, we offered to fix our one mistake and Jerry refused so we accomadated him to his complete satisfaction. we 45 5-star ratings and 13 4-star ratings because we work very hard at doing excellent work.

The people actually came to my home and put fence was great people! They finished everything in 2 days! Finish is also amazing! They could clean up trash little better but overall contractor was good! However, service from Revive was horrible! They never call you to update anything until you call them and ask. Even I called them and left message to call me back, they never did. It was very frastrating for me. Because of lack of their communication my project got delay delay and delay and took one month before contractor came to my home. So be careful for their service!!! Once they receive your deposit, they Revive doesn't care about you!
We talked this customer many times and did call him back. They were waiting on the closing of the house that came almost 3 weeks late. We can not install the fence until they owned the property. When we recieved the Mortgage Survey within one week we obtained the permit and HOA approval and the fence was installed. The many previous customers below that have given us a 5 star rating was because we always call back our customer. But we can not install a fence before you own your home or obtain permits, they were upset with that.
