We hired this company to install a simple 4 foot wooden fence. From the get go we had problems. Customer service was horrible and there was zero communication from this business. We had to call twice to get some one out and when they did they just sat around and one smoked off our back patio about the whole time. Once they actually started the job just about every aspect was wrong. Post holes were not aligned properly and there are holes where started digging only to realize they are digging in the wrong spot and then began to dig in the correct location. So there are random holes dig in our yard now. Fence posts were not aligned properly and not set in concrete properly. When we called the owner with our concerns the owner of the company was rude and did not care about our concerns and argued over how to set the posts. When we told the owner we wanted to stop work he said we couldn't and tried to argue with us that we couldn't and was more concerned that he was losing money than with our concerns. We were also told they do all of the work themselves which I feel is a lie due to what seemed like temp workers showing up to do the job. Different people were coming and going two at a time and leaving only one person to do the entire job at times. We ultimately had them stop work on our project due to the immense lack of knowledge of how to do the job and the fact that just about everything was being done wrong and taking way too much time. If I could give them negative stars I would. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with

Had an issue with the sales person, wouldn't take my drawing for the deck nor did he make a drawing on site. When installers showed up the plan was incorrect. They used my drawing and the job was completed timely and to my satisfaction.

Very professional and efficient. Revive Remodeling will definitely be my "go to company for other projects! They do it all.

They installed a fence for me. They showed up right on time and completed the project very quickly. Don't see any issues with quality and their customer service was very good.

Revive Remodeling did a great job on my fence. I definitely would recommend them. Great Customer Service. Always sent me text messages each day to let me know their progress until job was completed.

Happy: Salesman was great, very informative. Materials were delivered, started when promised; called ahead of time. They completed my fence in 1 day; their trash was picked up the next day. Not happy : they did not submit the Design Review Board Application until a month after the fence was installed, and that was after I called my HOA to ask for a copy and found out that they (the HOA) never received it. When I asked Revive Remodeling about it, he reassured me that they did everything according to the HOA General Conditions, but after receiving a copy of the application with the diagrams, I'm not so sure. Time will tell if I get a violation letter or not.

The company completed my fence installation in about 3 1/2 hours. one technician (Tom) worked alone and was the best I have ever seen. The price was very competitive and they will be my "Go to" contractors in the future.

Work was excellent. Timely. Would have liked a call ahead to know when arriving. More follow up to find out how it was going and if we were happy with progress.
