the workers were fabulous......once arrived, they worked straight thru day, taking only a lunch break. Miscommunication and/or misinterpretation did occur. At time of estimate, I asked specifically if workers would be dedicated to my project or be pulled for other jobs....I was told they would be dedicated and of course, they were pulled from my job.....for two days; I had been told the week of those two days that work on those days would complete my project. I broached this a supervisor & understood why the workers were not hear those two days. I did state tho that an explanation call would have been appreciated and would have lessened my frustration. They did exactly that afterwards even if running late. The workmanship is outstanding & I am very pleased. I would not hesitate to recommend and rehire for other projects.

Simply put I gave up on having the issues fixed and had another company now a few years later do it right - I wasted my money on things that still today are not something you would want to pay for. At least now I have a bathroom that is good, except I had to pay for it 2 times thanks to these guys. And no I want no contact, I tried back then and every time they came through something else went wrong...I do not want them to work on my interior ever again.

Although our deck is lovely, we were told it would take 4 days and it took 16 days. The job still isn't finished as we also contracted them to finish the underside of the deck (over a basement walkout) and that is not yet done - 8 weeks and counting. :o(

Response from Company:

We were building this deck in the middle of winter with almost every day below 32 degrees. Plus we had to dig out the entire deck since is was on the ground and the door was very low to ground. With inspections and weather we told customer 2 weeks minimum, not 4 days. The underside of the deck is made out of vinyl and plastic and can NOT be cut in winter, the vinyl will crack. We had to wait until Late March until it got warm to cut the vinyl. The very cold winter prevented us to do any work. All work is done and customer very happy, delays do to weather.

We had Revive replace wood siding on a 200-year-old house where raccoons had dug holes in the siding. The work they did was beautiful, and they didn't just nail something over the holes -- they matched the size of the siding, and seated it in perfectly with the undamaged siding. They used cedar wood, so it will be fine through the winter (it was too cold to paint, but we can do that in the spring).

The subcontractors were willing enough, but on some levels, they were inexperienced for the job I had for them. I found them to be disorganized, and lacked the details that are required on the job, and were very inefficient in their working process. They were unable to finish the project in a timely manner, because they rarely worked a full day and had many days off in between. They were very willing workers and extremely courteous at all times just not up to the task at hand.

Response from Company:

The installers have installed over 30 additions in the past 3 years for us without a complaint. They are very experienced but there was several changes made that delayed the process. This was done at the end fall into a very cold winter and our crew can only work so many hours before they get frozen. We finished the job 2 weeks behind schedule due to the very cold weather. The many days off were due the below 32 degrees temperature and we called her to let her know. The task got finished and looks great. Since then this crew has finished two other additions without any complaints. Weather makes it challenging during the winter to work long

Mike listened very well to what we wanted, and communicated very well with us. Torey did an excellent job of building the deck, keeping us informed throughout the process, and performing excellent quality work which exceeded our expectations. When the job was done, the cleanup crew did an excellent job of cleaning up the site. My wife and I are very happy customers, and would recommend this company to anyone who wants the best quality work at a reasonable price.
