They were able to get to me late Sunday but cleared enough away to allow me to get out and go to work the next day.

I used PLC for one time snow removal and the guys did a fabulous job. The only issue is that they were out for only about 1/2 hour, but they charged me $90.00 which was the ful rate quoted of $90.00 per hour for snow removal. They did not indicate that it was $90.00 minimum. If it wasnt' for that issue I would have given them 5 stars. I'm updating my rating of Professional Lawn Care Services because the owner made good my complaint and refunded some of my money back and assured me that it won't happen in the future. I appreciate his follow-up and it's readily apparent that customer satisfaction is job 1 for him and his company.

They came when they said they would,and they are fixing my snowblower, but I think they are outrageously expensive.

I called Paul Braton late Christmas night to discuss snow removal in my driveway. He asked that I call back early the next morning, which I did. I needed to have my driveway cleared by 1pm that day so several family members could park in my driveway to celebrate Christmas, including my 19 year old granddaughter who is confined to a wheelchair due to cerebral palsy. Three guys arrived at 11:30 with three snow blowers and three shovels and within 90 minutes the driveway was well cleared. The guys were cordial and respectful of my property. I very much appreciated what they did and would use them again. The cost was within my expectations.

They did a great job and they came out the very next day during after a terrible storm!
