Professional Lawn and Tree

Had a large tree stump removed. Called the company and it was the job was done the next morning.

Paul was quick with his estimate, and we received quality, timely service in yard cleanup, mulch installation, and tree trimming plus having a few bushes replaced. Overall they did good work. A few issues: I was told up front in the bidding process that I could pay any way I wanted, which was a selling point because I wanted to pay by credit card. However when the work was finished, it was a Friday and he insisted I pay by check so he could get it in the bank asap. I wrote the check, but highly advise others to establish your payment method up front. Then a few days later I noticed damage to patio stones, an exterior storage box (brand new) and some of my deck railing. I called Paul and he said he would come by to check it out that night. I waited 3 days and never heard from him so I called him. (Every time I called one of his multiple phones, I could not reach him. His voicemail was perpetually full and so you're left with no choice but to call again and again.) He verbally acknowledged the damage but it has now been 10 days and I have not been reimbursed nor have I heard from him. This is not a large amount of damage but it needs to be addressed properly which he has not done. It's like he disappears once he has the check. I advise others to inspect for damage before payment. Again, the work done was very satisfactory but it's for these painful service-after-the-sale reasons that I give customer service low marks.

I was very pleased with my overall experience with PLCS. Paul Braton, the owner, was very professional in his offer to provide a free estimate for my project. He impressed me with his knowledge of the various trees I needed trimmed. After checking a couple other companies, I called and hired PLCS the next day. Not only was the bid very competitive, the quality of the presentation was first rate. The work was done by a very hard working crew and done correctly and on budget. The clean up was exemplary. I would highly recommend PLCS. In fact I plan on using PLCS this Fall to build a retaining wall for my front landscaping.

Made quick work of our tree stump out back and went several inches under the surface, too. Nice guy. Best price by far. Very satisfied.

Service was great! The value was outstanding!

The work was really excellent. The man I spoke with (Paul) was gruff and pretty unfriendly BUT I was looking for service not a friend. He charged more than he quoted. Would probably not hire him again since I felt like he thought he was doing me a favor. His price was on par with other quotes. Overall satisfied with the workers, not the 'manager'.

The company provided next day service, excellent job, at the price quoted. I would use them again.
