Professional Lawn and Tree

We had an extremely large limb that fell in our yard. The men handled the job quickly and efficiently. In fact, they were an organized team that have a lot of experience in working safely. You could tell just by watching them! and they did a great job. I felt impressed with how fast Chad called, by the way I really liked his style. He was not just about writing up a contract, but really looking at the tree to see what clues he could find. I was looking for advice wanting to save our tree and a good price, we got both! We are very happy with this company and the service to our trees. We highly recommend them.

First of all, Chad, the business owner, far exceeds any other professionals I've hired in customer service. He is exceptionally strong at his communication and customer service skills, and keeps his commitments. This is just about unheard of, at least based on my many years of experience using HomeAdvisor - usually it's just always something with every single contractor, without exception, some kind of complication, failure to show up, miscommunication, something that happens where the project just never goes the way you'd like it to. Not the case in our tree trimming and removal project at all. Chad was constantly in contact. Yes we did have a delay but it was an unavoidable weather delay. AND they did the work on a Saturday. And they worked around our schedule, they weren't pushy about theirs. The quality of work was excellent. The trimming of the trees in our front yard that had low hanging branches was way better than we thought it would be. We can actually mow under these trees now! They also cut and removed dead pines and some red cedars. The crew was very good, we had one or two miscommunications with them and they may not have had as clear a handoff from the bid to the actual work as I'd expected, but that was minor. Because they didn't have to haul off the trees, either, they just chipped them all up right there. They showed up early, too. No damage to our yard either. So it's tough to go wrong with that kind of work. I would hire them again.

Chad gave us a very reasonable quote and was willing to work with us on our trimming project. The workers did their job very professionally and completely cleaned up without leaving any mess behind. We would highly recommend them for any tree trimming project.

Due to a couple of storms that went through they were a week late. I was very happy with their work though. We will call them when we need our trees trimmed again.
