"This expert father and son team helped diagnose the non-standard cause of a major ceiling leak in our master bedroom. The leak behaved strangely -- it would leak even after rain had stopped in the area, and then only intermittently. The Azuaras worked together to learn, by crawling into our difficult to reach attic, that an unsupported bathroom vent pipe had aged, bent, and sprouted several leaks along its path because rainwater was entering at the vent entry, pooling, and attaining volumes that intermittently "ran uphill" to reach the master bedroom. They creatively demonstrated this using a garden hose dragged to the roof, and filming the sequelae from inside the attic. So the job turned out to be a plumbing job and not really a roofing job, but their expertise allowed them to solve the mystery which had everyone stumped. Even then, I had to twist their arm to accept some remuneration. Very honorable and intelligent team. By the way, we followed up with a terrific master plumber (Ted) from ABMay who expertly installed a new vent pipe with supports and this appears to have fixed the problem."

"Steve Ledman and his son, of Accent did an absolutely fantastic job on replacing my decks. It was a big project. My decks run across the entire length of my home. The tear down of old decks was efficient and did not do any harm to my home. The materials for the new deck were individually inspected before installation and those not meeting their high standards were not used. The entire deck was put together using screws, unlike the deck that was replaced. My deck also included a customized storage area that Steve worked with a third party to install. Everything came out absolutely first class. This new deck definitely increases the value of my home. Friends that I have had at my home have marveled at the decks' beauty and appearance. I would highly recommend Steve for any project he feels confident in doing. Additionally, Steve has a great sense of humor and was a pleasure to do business with."
