His bid was a little higher than others, but not the highest. He did a good job on getting the leaves mulched up and cleaning up the bushes and the deck.

Paul was professional, courteous and price was competitive. Would reccommend him to friends/family.

Paul Braton said he would call me with the scheduled time. He didn't; I had to call him. On the day PLCS was to come out, I was not made aware of the time change from morning to afternoon. When they had to come out an extra time because I wasn't completely satisified, the supervisor and owner showed their displeasure. The owner was very quick to get the check even before the final piece of work was done. His attitude was unfriendly. I was not completely happy with the work as they completely removed the visual barrier with the commercial property behind the house. I was not told that would occur. The thinning and topping was good.
