Paul was very nice and "seemed" professional up front. However this is far from the case once you hire him. I went over my wants/desires several times and he wrote everything down on his paperwork and gave me carbon copy. When the crew showed up to do the work they said Paul gave them wrong instructions. They had completely removed 15 yr old shrub!!! After days of hounding Paul with no return phone calls, I finally got a hold of Paul who told me they did nothing wrong and it looked better. I couldn't believe he did not even apologize. Worst experience with a company owner I have ever had!!!

I have not received a bill in order to pay for services after repeated calls and email. I would think this company needs payment and that I shouldn't have to chase them to give it to them.

They came out just when they said they would.The work they did was really good and they were very quick. Other companies never showed up for the job but professional lawn care came out one day to give me an estimate and the next day they did the job. I will definitely use them again.

Very easy to work with. I had a large project and it was handled professionally and in a timely manner. They did a very good job of cleanup after the work. Will definitely use again if I need any more work done.

Customer service & quality is marked medium because I had a difficult time reaching them to set up the appointment and when I asked that an additional branch be cut they did not do it. I texted Paul and he never got back to me. Value was high. They did excellent work and cleaned up, but only miss was not cutting the additional branch I wished that they had cut. I would definitely recommend again, with making sure that Paul contact me after job is done.

Did not get the work done when they said they would so it had to be rescheduled. Had to return after work was "completed" to finish what was missed the first go around. Good work at a reasonable price, but punctuality is not a strong point.
