Called me right away and had tree removed that day. Workers cleaned up and stacked wood. Very knowledgeable about planting another tree.

Responded immediately after I submitted my inquiry for service, but didn't show up as he stated during our call. I had to call him two more time before he completed the job. Job was completed two weeks after promised date.

They were prompt in returning my call and came on time to do the work. They did what was promised and did a good clean up when trimming was done.

Would not return phone calls. Most of the time could not leave message because mail box was full. Faxed instructions which were ignored. Did not show up on time. After removing bushes used a large stump remover which damaged sprinkler system, which they had been warned about. Cannot recommend these folks.

I was very pleased with the removal of my 2 trees, stumps and clean up. I will use them again.
