"Keenan arrived earlier than scheduled, calling first to coordinate early arrival. I'm pleased that he could arrive early, and work past 5 pm on a Friday to resolve our problem, for no extra charge. He also wore blue booties in our home. Not needed, but much appreciated in terms of courtesy and professionalism. The resolution was complex, and Keenan's diagnosis of our 15-year-old system was spot on. Unfortunately, the replacement fan motor he installed failed, and he was making arrangements to get an emergency part from a parts house that was already closed. It was a cool day, and our brick house did not need an urgent response to remain comfortable. I offered that we regroup on Saturday. Keenan agreed, and offered to bring another HVAC expert with him to put another set of eyes on the problem. Do you see the professionalism of this humble approach? I did immediately, and I remain impressed. Both arrived early on Saturday with a new motor, and performed forensics on the failed motor before trying the newest motor. I call this "doubling down." With extra time and a fresh focus, Keenan identified a bad (rusty) connection, corrected it skilfully, and installed the new motor. It worked flawlessly immediately. And he also repaired a few other items to preempt failures at some future date. Keenan is what we were looking for; a skilled diagnostician, committed to customer experience, and minimizing cost. He identified items needing maintenance, giving us the opportunity to fix them now to avoid a failure later. We have found our HVAC service company, and look forward to Keenan's preventative service visits on a 6-month basis. Our HVAC was a big investment, and is worthy of regular service by this excellent service company."

"Everest heating and cooling is my new go to hvac company!! My air unit went out Friday night around 10pm. I called multiple companies and they either wanted a small fortune or wouldn’t come out at all. I called Everest and talked to there hvac manager ray and he agreed to help us out not only did he come out immediately but he had my air conditioner up and going in a matter of minutes. He even called back the next day to make sure it was still working right. Everest will definitely be my go to service company."

"I am not very good at taking the time to write reviews, but my exceptional experience with Town & Country Heating & Cooling deserves my time. Owen and his crew recently replaced the boiler system in our home. We purchased a foreclosure 2 1/2 years ago and have spent 2 winters struggling with the existing system. We have worked with 3 other companies prior to finding Town & Country and were left with unresolved problems, resulting in limited heat, and obvious sales pitches that were not solely aimed at meeting our needs. I have truly learned that there are way too many contractors out there that are mostly focused on making the maximum amount of money. I found Town & Country's website, was attracted to their unique marketing scheme, and read carefully. They have a page titled "Why We Are Different". Though I questioned whether or not all of these things could be true, it was exactly what I have looked for in a contractor, but have never found. With great hope, I made my call. Owen, the owner, visited the next day. As we were about a week away from extreme cold conditions and had no heat, the response was amazing. Owen is knowledgeable, kind and honest. Based on this, I believed his opinion that we really needed to replace the system and the decision was so much easier having found someone that I trusted. He provided a fair estimate that met my expectations. He referred us to obtaining financing and followed the process carefully via his relationship with the bank. Our experience with the bank was excellent and we were approved. Two days after Owen's initial visit, they arrived to start removing the old system. The full removal and installation took just 1 1/2 days and we had heat. Amazing. His crew was friendly, professional and meticulous. Communication was excellent. I got text messages that said they were on their way. Owen stopped by numerous times during the process to oversee things. The final installation could not be more perfect. I was surprised at how visually detailed everything is put together. And, our house has never been more comfortable in the winter. Within a day, the temperatures dropped to the 20s and we truly felt saved. To top it off, Owen expressed so many thanks for our business. He even sent a personally written thank you note. Our gratitude goes out to Owen, his crew and entire company. I hope this review encourages many people to choose Town & Country. They truly are completely different than other contractors. "Amazing company. I cannot begin to articulate the honesty, integrity, and compassion that Tammy, Mark, and Jimmy have at this company. We will forever sing praise to Polestar Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning. Any potential customers should feel confident in dealing with their professional staff and highly skilled technicians. In my detailed experienced described below, Polestar saved me ~$1,000.00 today. As the old saying goes, "when it rains it pours", is definitely true when it comes to our household. We were struck by some bad luck, as I have fallen terminally ill and being taken care of by Good Shepherd Hospice. As one could imagine, things have been quite difficult. As Spring is coming, warmer days are upon us. We turned on our Air Conditioner, but found after 48 hours it wasn't cooling our home. This was quite frustrating, as we just had our entire Air Conditioner and Furnace replaced 8/14 by a major HVAC company (spending $7k for the install)! My wife called the HVAC company who installed the unit out to the house to find out why the Air Conditioner wasn't running. After 20 minutes, the technician diagnosed the problem and told me it was going to cost $1,385 + tax to repair; yet he knocked it down a hundred or two as I was a good customer... Honestly speaking, we didn't have the money for the repair and the situation put me in a downward spiral with my health, as I negatively reacted to the situation. I asked the HVAC guy if I could do a payment plan, to which he said they required all the money first. I put a call in to my credit union to see if I could borrow $1400 ++. While waiting for a call back, I decided to give Polestar a call. Mark answered the phone when I called. I quickly gave Mark the details of the problem, and saying that the HVAC guy was still here - but I wanted to check to see if the price was reasonable or not. Immediately, Mark told me not to tell him what they quoted me and worked up a figure. Within 30 seconds, he gave me an exact dollar amount (tax included) and time estimate. I was pleasantly surprised that his estimate was 1/3rd what I had just received, AND Mark was discussing replacement procedures that the other guy was going to skimp on as he didn't feel it was necessary (vacuuming out the old freeon from the unit before replacing it)! Needless to say, I sent the "big name" HVAC guy home and scheduled an appointment for Polestar to come out and do the work. This is when I had the opportunity to meet Jimmy (technician) and Tammy from Polestar. Without going into all the details, I will say that Polestar (Mark, Tammy, and Jimmy) went above and beyond just coming out and servicing an Air Conditioner problem. Trust me when I say that it is people like this that restores your faith in humanity. Thank you Polestar!
