We have never had our yard mowed by a lawn care company before. Professional lawn care did all we expected and some extras we didn't. We are very pleased with the results and will definitely continue to use their services.

I would recommend being at home when this professional performs the service. We agreed that the ground stump material would be hauled away and they weren't. On the other hand, the stumps were larger than my rough estimates and he did not increase the price. Generally communication could have been better, but the results were acceptable.

He was quick to call me back. The job was completed within 24 hours and at the price quoted.

Failed to provide an adjusted bid and then told my wife we should have called him to remind him to do what he said he was going to do. I left work to be at home while they were working and I asked him when his crew would arrive. He said One Hour they showed up in 2. Once again he did not do what he said he would to. We used to call this lying but in today's service starved economy I guess we call it normal. My wife also heard him using dispariging lanuage when he thought she was not around. The hyspanic gentleman on the crew was an excellent worker and very attentive to questions.

Within a few hours of entering my info, they were at my house to discuss the job. The quote came back a few days later. The work looks nice. After contract signed, no contact from them in over a week. I called and was given next week for time frame. That passed and I contacted again and got final date. One tree was substituted for a lesser tree without telling us. Workers said they would bring back sod to fix damaged digging area for drainage. A week later nothing. I emailed and was told Id have to call owner. Not worth me calling to remind them to do what they said they would. Other than that bare patch, it looks good. Office did a poor job.
