Professional Lawn and Tree

The crew did a great, fast job! It was fairly onerous getting the times and dates scheduled with the manager.

The crew did an excellent job, but I had to call several times in order to confirm that they would be coming to mow. It was difficult to get in touch with the coordinator because his phone message box is full. I also texted him the address in with to send the invoice and never received confirmation so we will have to see how that works out. It is a busy company, and the work was very good, but the communication could be better, and scheduling confirmed.

Good experience, professional people and did neat and tidy job. I will recommend this company to any one for tree removal job. Rates are a bit higher.

I hired Paul because his price was reasonable and he seemed professional. However, I got many excuses for my job getting moved back behind others and it was about six weeks before it was actually started. Then, his crew hit my roof with one of the branches when removing the tree. Paul pressured me to pay by check since another job paid by credit card and he needed to "pay his guys." After the tree was removed, Paul was also supposed to grind two stumps, but this job was delayed another week. I thought as a good gesture he could haul off some other wood I had. Nope. Would not recommend.

I was very pleased with how quickly his team removed the tree and especially appreciated the thorough clean up.

When they finally did show up to do the work, it was fine and the price was the best we found. But getting them to show up was almost not worth the trouble. It took me writing a poor review on this website to get them to finally call me back. And then when they finally did do the work, they cut through the cable and internet line leading to my house and AT&T had to come out and lay down a new line. The price is excellent but I'm not sure the other hassle we had to deal with was worth it. I see others on here have had similar problems but they still get 4 and 5 stars. I don't understand it.

Did a good job. Workers are knowledgeable with experiences. Paul gave me many useful advises. I would give five stars if they had done the work on time.
