They came right out and gave me a very high bid and when they were told i had a much lower bid they matched it. They came back a couple days later unannounced and started removing a tree and trimming another. It began to storm and they said they would be back in a couple of days to remove two tree stumps. After calling the first time they told me they were very busy with lawn mowing and had gotten a couple of big accounts and would be out over the weekend. Several weeks passed and i called and told them that if the work wasnt done by the end of the week dont bother. They came right out and removed the stumps and left me with a huge mess

I gave a higher price than another company and I matched their price, she also had used me before for tree timming.I said we would work her in the next week, when I called to say we were coming, no one answered. The two trees we cut so they could be mowed over, flat to the ground. I have mowing crews and tree crews, none have anything to do with the other. She did have to remind me to do the stumps. I removed the stump right after I removed another stump in her area, saving me gas. I left mulch on top of the stump, no more than a small wheelbarrow full. None left in the grass. I have 100% customer satisfaction !!

I recieved excelant customer service. Work was done almost on schedule (Weather Slowed Down Job) The only issue was the back fill dirt was not tapped down and my Hardscape was damaged and needs repair. Not bad considering the 8 trees and stumps and their respective sizes. I have already called them back for another quote!
