Their technicians came out, assessed the problems and gave us prices for repairing the current door and replacing the door with our selection. Considering the current doors condition, we decided to replace it. We chose a double steel insulated door. The insulation is a sprayed in foam so it gets into every crevice providing a marked difference in heat and cool of the garage. The new door even provides a lower noise level. We have a playroom above our garage which has difficulty staying cool or warm during the seasons. We're hopeful this door will help by regulating the garage temperature better. Precisions sales staff as well as installation technicians were polite, well informed and proficient in their jobs. We are very pleased with the door and their work.

Very polite. Called with time of arrival. Notified me of what should fix the problem. Then, went above requested service and provided a detailed diagnostic of garage door. Very valuable. One of the best service experiences ever.
