Great experience. I called about 2 pm and they had someone to my house within 3 hours.  They had the parts needed and didn't have to "return another time" and the job was completed thoroughly.

Came out in a timely manner.  Replaced the bearings on either side of the double garage door.  I demonstrated the noise that the door was making when opening and closing.  He was able to repair by replacing the spring and adding an additional one.  He also replaced one of my openers for me.  For a couple extra hundred, I was able to get my garage door in top working order.  Very pleased with service.

My friend was here, I wasn't but he said they were professional and thorough! The technician knew what he was doing and was thorough and went about his business in a professional manner.

The technician arrived on time and completed the work expeditiously.  I did not personally observe the service in progress.

Technician arrived on time, very pleasant low key gentleman.  explained problem with springs and recommended replacement.  received Angie;s list discount on spring replacement as well as keypad. Installed outdoor keypad.  All work done quietly and efficiently.   door working well.  research confirmed spring problem genuine as indicated by stretched cables.  glad I called them in for maintenance--door was likely to break soon. Made a return visit ,  to reprogram car and remote controllers after I made a password error on keypad.  My telephone call to office wasn't helpful--advice wasn't correct for my particular unit and locked all remotes.  This call to reset everything was not charged because i had been misinformed .  Impressive acceptance of responsibility after installation with continued support. i recommend this company highly.

Technician arrived  in the quoted time.  Did an immediate inspection on the door and opening system.  Listed the issues as he made the inspection.  When finished he explained the problems and showed what needed to be corrected and submitted an estimate.  Answered my questions and within an hour the door was working better than ever.
