I have no problem with the work. The service man replaced the spring in less than ten minutes. My problem is with the price. I was charged approximately $169, for minimal effort. I had seen how highly rated this company was on Angie's List, and did not question the cost of service. This was a mistake I will not repeat. I was charged a fee for the service call, and then the balance for the technician's time. It took longer for the man to write up the charges on the computer than it took him for the repair.

Bob Sealy provided the advice and repairs.  he was very professional, on time, explained the issue(s) and provided the repairs all wtihin 1 hour.  He then tested the door and notified us of the 90 day warranty on parts and labor.  I would absolutely use Precision Garage Door again as well as recommend them to anyone that needs repair work anytime during the week.  We called late afternoon/early evening on a Friday and Bob was there by 8am the next morning as scheduled. 

Only issue was that the Technician was not aware it was pre-paid.

Very professional, very polite. They went in and out quickly.

Called four garage door repair shops.  Precision was the only company to respond. They showed up within 15 minutes of promised time and completed the job quickly.  They also took the time to check everything in the system and lubricate and clean moving parts.

Rick from Precision Garage Door was very professional and did a great job of explaining what needed to be done to replace the springs on the door and some possible optional maintenance on the rollers.  He was also helpful in giving me tips on maintaining the door and garage door opener.  He also fixed some wiring on the bottom door sensors that I thought was above and beyond the call of duty.  The job was completed much quicker than I thought it would be.  Rick even adjusted the garage door opener such that it opens and closes much better than it ever has.  I would definitely use Precision again and wholeheartedly recommend them.
