From start to finish, it was excellent.

John arrived on time, introduced himself and explained what he was going to do to the garage door.  He started promptly and finished within about 20 - 30 minutes.  He showed me how to work my system and how to change my access code.  He also programmed my garage door remote.  Overall great guy, quick and professional.

Great, personable service!

We had just moved into our new house and I had never had a garage door before. The door made a hideous squealing noise when opening and closing but I thought that was just normal. Love angies list and joined when we moved and bought the new house. Have found almost all of my contractors on angies list! Anyway my garage door is nice and quiet now after precision door servicing. I highly recommend them.

I got the deal from angies list, called the recommended Precision Door.  Made an appointment, the service person arrived on time -- early actually.  Did his work. Left.

Very professional.  Technician arrived at the time he said he would.  He quickly evaluated the problem and proceeded to properly align my garage door which was frequently jumping track.  Part of the special was a surge protector for the door opener, which he also installed.  There was something about the surge protector that did not let the light turn off after the door cycled, so I had to call him back the next day.  Even though we were a long way from his location, he made the trip back and corrected the problem.  The door has worked properly ever since.  I'm very satisfied.

Fine, I'll definitely call them if I need to have the door or opener serviced in the future. I like this company much better than the last place I used when I had to have springs replaced.
