Rick was extremely helpful and professional.  Several years ago I had replaced the garage door opener using a different company.  That service tech said the wires were to short to connect the new keypad.  Also the wires to the sensors were not corrected.  This led to a dog breaking them.  During Rick's review he found the garage door motor was not aligned with the track, there was more than enough wire to connect the remote opener, and reconnected the wires to the sensors and wrapped them so a dog wouldn't tear them again.  He also spent time explaining what I need to do annually to keep the roller/track maintained.   I can't recommend him highly enough.  It was a great experience. Used the Angie's list coupon.  Except for the sensor and another remote I purchased it was all covered by the coupon.  Good value

In between the point we arranged for the tune-up and he came the garage door broke. I called and the company was very responsive. They moved up the date for us. He came and explained everything to us and did the job quickly and professionally.

Arrived on time and was a pleasure to deal with.  Was professional all the way and I'd certainly call again.

We were impressed with the company from start to finish.  We made an appointment and they were on time. Probably most important, we purchased some spray for the door to help prevent future problems.  They advised us we could buy it cheaper than buying it from them! They were on time, took the time to do a through job and explained how to prevent future problems. We were more than satisfied and will call them in the future for all garage door work!
