Our experience with Precision Garage Door of Huntsville was outstanding, from our initial phone call to installation. The gentlemen who came out in response to estimate were extremely thorough in their inspection of our old doors and openers, and explained in detail what our replacement options would be. We were provided with three options, at different price points, to replace our doors. Prior to installation, we were contacted to set up a firm installation date and time (which was honored right on time). After the doors and openers were installed, the gentlemen walked us through the operating procedures, and made sure that we understood the importance of registering our products immediately for warranty purposes. We can't thank Precision enough for their professionalism and friendliness throughout our customer experience.

I spoke with them about replacing my garage door that had been hit. Ended up replacing my 12 year old garage door opener while they were there. Pretty straight forward with pricing and options. I would use them again.

Where another vendor couldn't support until Monday, Precision was available same-day. Mike was fast, funny, and fair.

Great! Ben White was the technician and completed the repair quickly and efficiently. He communicated well and I felt that he was interested in offering several options. He also offered further options for future door panel replacement and door opener replacement. He addressed all of my concerns and did the repair in a professional manner.

The repairman, Aaron, did an AWSOME JOB!!!! He had my door repaired and functioning within 1 hour. He was very meticulous and worked diligently to repair my door. He also made sure I was totally satisfied with the repair. The repair cost was very reasonable. If I need any additional repairs in the future or want upgrades for my garage door, I will most definitely call "Precision".
