This place is a class act! Matt came to look at my broken garage door and was precise (see what I did there) about what was wrong and what my options were. I felt absolutely no pressure on which direction I went with to fix it! I opted for a whole new door and Matt rocked with installation and sales!! He took time with me to show me everything. I never felt like he was rushing!! GREAT PLACE!!!

Excellent company and service. Called around 8:00 a.m., The technician called within 15 minutes. He arrived before 9:00 a.m.. Work was finished to my complete satisfaction by 10:15!

They were quick to schedule an appointment to give me an estimate. They were prompt and professional. I also liked that they list all of their installers/repair people on the company website so that you know who will be coming to your house. The gentleman who installed my door, was also the one who wrote up my estimate. I had changed my mind about what I wanted, and when he got the work order with things different than what I had initially told him, he called me to verify what I wanted. I appreciated that he was double checking to make sure that everything was correct. I got a brand new garage door, motor, external keypad, and sensor across the bottom all installed less than a week after I told them what I wanted. I was very happy and would gladly recommend them. They are not the cheapest, but their products and service were well worth the extra spent.

Technician was efficient, prompt, professional and explained what needed to be repaired before the work was done - very happy with the result even though it ended up costing more than I had anticipated due to the repairs needed for my 2nd garage door. My doors are opening fine and I was able to purchase a much needed extra remote door opener for my son - happy camper
