Technician arrived right on time and did a great job diagnosing and repairing the system. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to examine the whole system and suggest other things that, while not needed right now, would be coming up at some point. While some might have thought "up-sell", fact is I'm not an expert in garage door openers and I was very happy to have an expert tell me what I needed to be looking out for going forward to ensure continued reliability of my doors. Will definitely hire this team again next time I need service on these doors.

They arrived on time. The service tech was knowledgeable and courteous. I was given several options to choose from for the repair and once I chose what I wanted done he got to work and finished in good time.

I called on a Friday and they scheduled me for an appointment first thing Monday (they were booked solid for Saturday and it wasn't an emergency, etc.). The technician, Rick, called to let us know he was coming in advance of the appointment time and arrived as scheduled. He examined the garage door and all the associated hardware. He provided me a detailed estimate for three levels of repair/replacement. He also physically showed me each item as he described it on the estimate. We settled on a new garage door opener system and also replacement of various items of hardware. He installed all the items and then showed me how each thing worked and led me through the instruction manual. He helped me set-up all the electronic parts of the system, including the wifi connection. Two day after his visit, they called me to make sure everything was in working order and to see if I had any questions. Masterful work and customer service!

They called before they headed to our house. Arron our tech was polite and spent a good deal of time going over the garage door and all the parts. I will say that it was more expensive than I expected but is also for a lot more done than just a spring! The 5 year warranty is nice to have.
