Precision Door Service of North Mississippi

After calling Craig's Garage Doors (with whom I'd had 3 or 4 very favorable experiences), I found Precision Door Service on  your list and was very glad I did so. All the service man charged us was a service call, as it turned out that the sensors were simply out of alignment. He inspected and lubricated the chains and gave us some advice for future consideration regarding the fact that there is only one side of the double garage door that is being activated. He pointed out that we should consider adding another side to prevent future problems with wobbling, etc.  The service man from Craig's had come out and told me we had to get 2 new sensors, period. While I think his intentions were okay, he seemed to be in too much of a hurry, or overworked or something. I called the service manager at Craig's and asked him if I needed to pay for the previous service call and he told me no charge. Perhaps if I could have spoken with Craig (who was out of the office at a "commercial site"), I may have received a different response. At any rate, I will stick with Precision and definitely refer them to all my friends!

The tech was on time for both appointments and called beforehand to confirm. Very professional, very thorough. The Liftmaster is fast and very quiet.

Tech arrived on time, repaired door and settled up the bill with us within 1 1/2 hours.  Satisfied with him.  He got it done ASAP.

Eric, the employee who checked out our door and replaced parts, was punctual, professional and efficient.I would recommend Precision Door Service.

My garage door opener was not working. I called them after seeing reviews on Angie's List. They were able to come over with an hour and the technician was amazing. He found the circuit board on the opener bad and replaced it. While he was there he greased and lubed the door and springs at no extra charge.

Rick arrived early, I was grateful.Note: garage door was barely hanging when Rick arrived.Rick was great at explaining what happened and why.No time wasted in making needed repairs and done within the hour.I was pleased and will call again if future repairs are needed.
