it went great!!!! they came out on Monday and gave me a free estimate for a new door and opener. the salesman named Eric gave me an a fair price and then he came out on Tuesday and personally installed it. Eric did a great job in a timely manner and I couldn't be happier about the quality of the door and the workmanship of the installer.

The service provided was fine.

I purchased an Angie’s List Big Deal for this service and it was very good. They did not install the door because all we had to do was put it in. It was completely ready to be put up and had a nice primer on it. It was a simple operation. The man who made the delivery was really nice, but some of the fittings were on the wrong side of the door. I called and told him these things were on the wrong side and he came back to get it and took care of it to our satisfaction. I could not have asked for anybody to be any nicer. Nothing could have been better.

The tech worked hard trying to figure out why my garage door wouldn't close. He first replaced the circuit board and the sensors. After thinking it was fixed, he realized it wasn't so he put the old circuit board back on because he knew then the circuit board was not defective and replaced the wires and everything seems to be working fine now. He explained everything in detail and clear so that somebody like me who has no clue about garage doors can understand what he was talking about.

Fabulous job; the technician was great and he met my schedule.  They even allowed a substitution to the Big Deal purchase.  I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

The serviceman was professional, courteous and did much more than the deal called for but did not increase the price. Overall a great experience.

Did a great job, and haven't had any trouble since work ws done. The keypad is a great feature that I have used many times.

Time was excellent and all tasks performed as per service plan. I did ask for a quote/price on replacing the moulding around one door btu, never received a estimate.

It went well, but they were a no-show for the first scheduled visit - 8/14/13 between 3 and 5 pm . I had to leave work early to be there, but no one arrived.  I called at 5 pm and reached someone on their cell who couldn't access records/calendar as the office was closed and they were elsewhere. Promised to call next morning - didn't. I called next day, reached a different person and received emphatic apologies. The visit was rescheduled - all then went very smoothly and I'm pleased with the result.

We purchased a big deal for the service, and it was fine. They did what they said they would do. The price was okay.
