Precision Door Service of North Mississippi

Technician arrived on time. He was very friendly yet professional. Did all of the work to our satisfaction. He explained what he had done. Our garage door had been making a squealing sound upon operation. He realigned the track and the garage door has been functioning quietly ever since.

The representative was courteous and professional.  Overall, they did a good job!

Overall it was a good experience. Like I stated above, he did explain that the door could use an overhaul, but he didn't pressure me into purchasing anything. If I need work done in the future, I will call Precision Door!

We returned from vacation and the garage door wouldn't open. We noticed that one of the brackets holding the tracks to the door had ripped out of the door so we called for an estimate to fix it. The were great on the phone and arrived promptly at the time they said they would. He showed us that multiple had issues and the previous owners had attempted to repair some but they also were beginning to rip again so really the best choice would be to replace the garage door. We scheduled the replacement for the next week and again he arrived in the alloted time slot and well prepared. What surprised me was that they didn't just replace the door panels but put new tracks up as well. He also noticed that the wiring for the blockage sensor had an issue and took the time to fix it for us at no additional cost. The new door is definitely a step in quality from what we had and we are very happy with it. Even though the motor is the same it actually is quieter when opening/closing. We are very pleased with the work and would use them again.

Called late on Friday afternoon for service to my garage door.  Brandon arrived right on time on Saturday morning.  My door would not open all the way without tryiing several times.  He immediately saw that the springs (double 18 ft. door) were not helping to raise the door and the motor was doing all the work.  He showed me that the door by itself should be easy to lift if the springs are in good shape.  Because I had waited so long in calling (months) and forcing the door to open, I also needed some replacement parts on the motor.  Brandon showed me the metal shavings and also the part as he removed it. (Definitely broken).  He did the work quickly and efficiently with no surprises.  If needed, I will call Precision again and will recommend them to my family and friends.

Prompt, efficient, informative and reasonable with the coupon.  No sales pressure but after the tuneup the technician did show me the bottom panel of our double door was starting to sag quite a bit so we went ahead and installed a simple brace bar across the width of it.  Now it's so much quieter it's like a new system.  Very thankful Angie had this special going....I'll be looking for others you can be sure.

The appointment was made & the service tech arrived on time. He replaced the rollers & oiled the springs. He also installed a new key pad.  The work from start to finish was about 20 mins.  He made recommendations on replacing parts.

We ordered this service as an Angie's List deal. The technician showed up on time, was friendly an courteous, and completed the service quickly. He performed a thorough inspection, adjusted the garage door springs, and lubricated all moving parts. The deal included a wireless opener, which he installed and showed me how to operate, change codes, etc. Our internal opener was broken, and he replaced it with a spare on he had on the truck for no additional charge. The door now works better, and is quieter, than ever.
