Excellent workmanship and products I have had three installations with Power in the past two years. I first used them for a new roof and gutters. The workers were all knowledgeable in their area of work. Clean up was good although some nails kept showing up over time. Next I had the 2nd floor windows and some 1st floor windows replaced, 9 in total. Installation went well and they cleaned up beautifully afterwards. I love the windows! They are a beautiful and energy efficient product. Lastly, I recently had a bay window replaced in my kitchen with the same type window. The workers ere all friendly and explained what would be done. The area was draped with plastic to cut down on dust. Clean up was excellent inside and outside! The window is beautiful and the framing on the outside of the window matches the other windows and the small roof above the bay window was replaced with the same roofing as the rest of the house. I would choose them again for any future projects.

We live in Michigan and we used their service to replace 11 windows, Two sliding doors, and one front door for my 23-year-old house. The installation was awful and the floor near to front door is very cold. Here are the good (less) and bad (more). Good: 1. very friendly and provides good information. 2. Sales representative was very nice and will give all the information as required. 3. Shows up on time 4. Windows and doors looks good Bad: 1. Sales rep came at 5 pm and was present almost up to 10:30 pm until we sign the agreement. 2. Nothing was executed as explained by the sales rep. The window installation team has a bunch of new bees (young guys, maybe teens) and very poorly insulated windows. 3. Windows frame is too big so, the glass size is reduced 4. Recently, one freezing night, the basement window was showing ice on the glass. 5. Floor near the sliding doors is also very cold (not insulated well) 6. Biggest disappointment is with the front door. Its very poorly insulated on the floor. I ordered a custom door but they installed a standard door size which is 1 1/2 inches less than (height) the old door. Almost paid $4000 for the new door as its custom-made. The whole purpose of replacing my front door is to stop cold air drafts. Now, theres no drafts but floor is more colder than my old door. 7. Damaged the stone of a window base, has not fixed yet. They said its going to cover as part of warranty. I am still waiting on the fix will update after the fix. Overall, very unsatisfied with the service. Thanks!

They were quick and clean. We were amazed that all of the area surrounding the windows and the sill were completely intact with no additional work needed to get them looking like they did before the job.

Had windows and doors replaced. Very impressed with Power Home Remodeling, from scheduling to knowledge to high quality product. Will definitely use again when it comes time to do my roof and gutters!
