Every person we had contact with from the gentleman that approached us to see if we were interested in any home improvements , the salesman, the project manager, the window installers, the quality assurance gentleman & the customer service associates were very professional. We were well informed as to the timeline and what each step entailed. Everyone showed up on time or earlier. We highly recommend this company for any home improvements you might have.

Extremely thorough and professional from start to finish! They really do believe and exercise amazing customer service with a lot of communication! My windows not only look amazing, they are energy efficient and have a lifetime warranty that can be transferred to the new owner if I decide to sell! I can't say enough to express how grateful I am to everyone that was involved in the process! They are great! Thank you guys for everything!

Did not have a great experience. Workers left broken glass on the driveway and front door, left footprints on the window ledge, and even broke some siding off the house and claimed they did not do it. Was told a crew would come out and fix the siding and when I called to find out where the crew was, was then told that they were not able to come out. So wasted my time sitting around waiting for people that were not even going to show up. Communication with Power has not been good.
