    we got several quotes from different vendors. Power home was the priciest of them all but very well versed on the product, service and installation. Were able to answer all questions in detail and clear on who will do what and payment schedule. We signed up, gave the deposit and they showed up with the windows on the day promised and installed everything. however, there were 2 defective windows and they didn't ask for remaining payment and promised to replace the defective windows before taking final payment. Fast forward a few days, received a call confirming the date of install of the defective windows, they arrived as scheduled and delivered as promised. Only after they confirmed all was good, did they ask for payment and all is well. I would highly recommend them as reliable and reputable contractors, with very good follow up and delivering on their promise. You get what you pay for.

    The salesperson was great and the installers did their job well. They were very good at explaining how to work the windows before they left . There was an issue with one window that has been fixed but not without some lack of communication and scheduling conflicts. The windows look beautiful but were very expensive when I compare them to my daughter's and friends windows. I cannot tell any difference between their windows and mine but mine are Pella and I paid a lot more money for the name. I hope it was worth it. The others also have life time warranty but are not Pella. My bad for not investigating this more before deciding. Power Home is a large company that can do most anything in your home but you pay the price for the middle man.

    They called me quickly and asked the usual questions?where I am located, best time to come out, how many windows, etc. The person that I spoke with set up an appointment time for today (July 9, 11:00am). Someone then called to confirm and said that they would call when they were on their way. A short time later a different person called and said that they don?t cover the area that I live in. (Marysville, MI) How organized can they be if it took them so long to decide I was outside their service area?

    Great experience from start to finish. Our salesperson was very professional and informative. We were able to setup an installation appointment that worked for us and the Power Home team did a great job of setting expectations and communicating throughout the entire process. Installation was quick and easy.
