"This was my third time working with Memos Home Improvements. I previously had Memo work on the inside of my house, so I knew the quality of his work. This time, I engaged him to do a large exterior project. The work involved putting up a new roof, installing new windows and gutters, covering the house with aluminum siding, adding a new paver walkway as well as adding a new overhang with pillars and portico. It was a huge job and I couldn't be happier with the results. Memo is a great contractor who made sure my home ended up looking exactly as I had envisioned it. Any of my requests were immediately taken care of, including what would be considered small handyman jobs which he added while he navigated the main project. He and his team were always courteous and professional, showed up on time and got the work done. I was always consulted by Memo about what was being done so I always felt a part of the operation. Took a job that no one else was willing to touch. Cleans up after himself. I needed a professional rangehood installed in place of the original cabinet vent. Which required quite a bit of cabinet work, exterior wall, electrical and duct work. Sheldon made sure everything was done according to my needs and standards. When things didn't fit, we figured out a way to get it to fit. We ended up getting a few pieces stainless steel fabricated to get everything to look like it should. Very satisfied."

They addressed the main source of my problem by installing a drywell outside to pull the water away from the house. Inside, they repaired a large crack in the wall and applied the Zavza Seal to my basement's wall and floors. Their layered approach will help keep my basement dry for many years."
