Power Home Remolding was very professional and courteous, from the gentlemen who knocked on my door to the sales rep, Marlene, to the installation guys. We now have 6 beautiful windows installed, that we love, and plan to finish the rest of the windows with Power Home Remodeling.

They did a great job! 7 windows removed and replaced in 4 hours. Left the area cleaner than when they came. They are not the cheapest around, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. High end windows and already can feel the difference with no drafts, inside temperature is consistent at 68 with outside in the 30's at night.

They did a profession job. I was worried about one window because of an issue I have with my foundation. I learned a few things while it was being installed. I also learned of the best window cleaner thru them: Sprayway!

Work was done in a timely fashion. All dealings with employees was very professional. I would recommend this company for window and door installation.

All work was done efficiently and completed in one day. Any concerns that I had were answered by the administrative staff, The quality assurance team arrived during the project to ensure that all work was being done properly. The installers cleaned up after the project was completed and I had to sign off that I was satisfied with their work.

the installers that came to do window and doors were great, friendly and walk us through after they were done. they cleaned up like there was never any work was done. then we did our siding very disappointed they never introduce themselves sloppy with the surrounding clean was 2.0.we had to call company to see if they were coming back out to revise the job that had been done and i was told homes are chosen by lottery for them to come out to check work.

They do a good job and will address any issues as they come up. They offer a good warranty. This was not our first time working with Power. We used ithe warranty to replace 2 older windows that were purchased back in 2016. They honored the warranty with no issues. It took a while for the replacements to come in but they were upfront, noting manufacturing delays. We are happy with all their work. They are a little expensive, but offer good quality products. I suggest getting quotes from other contractors prior to getting a quote from Power. They sometimes offer on the spot deals so it's good to have other quotes for comparison.

The work crew was completely awesome. No issues with the work crew. The administrators/management we have some quibbles with. One of the picture windows was scratched during delivery, and management promised to replace it. They never have. They have also not come back out to re-inspect the windows - we still have the stickers on them. Management made promises and then forgot us. We withheld payment until the window is replaced, now we are getting hate-texts from the back office. The workmen were amazing - professional, complete gentlemen, kind, and conscientious. The work crew were amazing - especially the foreman. They worked quickly and competently, and made every effort to clean the area before they left. I would be proud to have any of these men on my own crews. The work is well-done, and the windows are beautiful/well-made, but not feeling love from the back office.

Workmanship was excellent, product demonstration was great. However, it's too many people that come to the home before the installation is done. A bit steep on price for windows. They constantly try to sell you more windows, which is a complete turn off, And, the principal reason I'm not having them come back. They're constantly asking for reviews, this is the third and last review I'm giving them. Perhaps I shouldn't recommend them.
