I purchased several windows three years ago, and the seal already malfunction. I was told by customer service representative that it would take 12 to 18 months to replace the widow that was defective.

I saw their presentation a few years ago. We decided to not do the windows at that time. 6 month ago we went back to seeing if we needed new windows and had a few companies come by for estimates. We then called power and told them I didn't need to go through their presentation because we had seen it in the past. The sales guy was very nice. We hired them because they had a few more window options which is what we were looking for. It was also much cheaper than from the last time they presented to us. We had the whole house done. They did a nice job and came back when asked to make a certain adjustment. They did crack some of the cement around some of my basement windows but I expected some sort of force to be used to push them out and get the new windows in. Overall, the windows are nice and easy to clean.

The initial visit was very long and the sales representative didn't point out that I wasn't making the best choice for the size of a sliding glass door. The follow up appointment and rep was much more knowledgeable and helped me realize I was making a mistake...and for the money I was putting into this project that was a HUGE bonus and relief. The workers were friendly and professional and got the job done in a day. A few of the screens were damaged and they were able to get them fixed and replaced in no time.

Power did a great job from start to finish. The sales rep was friendly and helpful and the team did a great job coming and installing the windows leaving now mess behind. One window was cracked when it arrived and they promptly had it replaced. Would hire again.
