Horrible business. Not on time, sloppy workmanship (3rd party installation), several windows damaged in the installation, still waiting 5 months later for a resolve. They promise you the world, and then apologize tine after time. It?s almost scripted their responses. I am a former General Contractors son and know what to expect. My advice is do your homework, we thought we did and got the shaft in all aspects.

Installation team was great. When they left all mess was picked up. They were professional and worked hard. When my kitty got loose (my fault), they stopped and found her. Windows look great and work as contracted. Very pleased. In fact, I'm having the company install attic insulation.

From start(initial) contract through installation process, company sales/service personnel were courteous and professional. Company very flexible in honoring our time schedules. Installation process went exactly as planned, service people asked questions and worked with us to resolve issues whenever unforeseen problem arose. All personnel acted in cordial and courteous manner; cleanup impeccable. Would give this company 5 stars and will recommend to family and friends

Window install went well. Main problem was we wanted an additional window installed and this company will only replace windows not install new ones (However small, simple or straightforward the install).

Everything worked out well, for the most part. Certain aspects, as an obsessive compulsive overachiever looks for perfection in every angle. little things here and there, were not entirely up to par, but that comes with the territory, I suppose.
