Horrible service and there price is offensively overpriced. Buyer Beware! Go straight to Pella for installation!

We had a living window(1 large center and 2 sides) put in last week. The installer had the entire job done in 3 hours. It was done professionally and looks beautiful!

Everyone from the Sales rep , Quality Assurance Manager, and the workers themselves were professional and friendly. They were very careful about keeping my floors clean during the placement process and cleaned up after words both inside and out. We had every window in our house replaced and it was scheduled for a two day period. All the work was done in one day. The workers who placed them were fast and efficient. From the very beginning we felt good about our decision to go with this company and after the installation we were glad we did. We felt strongly enough we are now having them replace our deck door to match the windows. We would definitely recommend this company to others.

I wanted to hired them to install windows, I wanted the specs for the windows from the manufacturer. and they were not able to give me that information, I would not sign contract with them because I did not know quality of windows. Their customer service is to try and get the most money out of you.
