Hannah the customer service rep. was great. She walked us through the whole process. We are anxious to get the project started. We know it will be 6 to 8 weeks but we are willing to wait. Weâ ll let you know how everything is going after the windows are installed.

They replaced the windows throughout the second floor of my house. They did excellent work, fast, tidy, great communication during the job. The initial estimate visit was strange: took hours, was accompanied by a lot of glossy sales materials, felt like I was about to get a hard-sale for a timeshare in a swamp. But the long pitch ended with a fair price for the work I wanted, and the whole experience was otherwise great.

Have been pushed back another three weeks, so my house was ready. All furniture moved away from windows, now we have to live in this mess another three weeks. For what we are paying, I would expect more from this company.

The most insulting company I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to. I am the home remodeler, home decision-maker, and price negotiator, period. They would not do an estimate without a guarantee that my husband would be there. I know that if it had been my husband who had tried to book it, they would never have worked so hard to make sure both parties were present for it. Do they know what century this is? I mean really. I do not want them on my property.
