They arrived on time, both managers and workers, got the job done, very nicely and in a timely manner, as they said they would! The price was fair, as we had checked around. We would not hesitate to hire them again if we needed more work done. They even refunded some of the contract price as it turned out to be several hundred dollars less than anticipated!!

The initial sales pitch was much more thorough than any other and the install was pretty smooth. My only issue with this company is their customer service. Lots of automated calls and because I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know, the not-so-fun game of phone tag ensued but once you finally get a person on the phone who deals with the specific situation, they are usually able to deal with it. They need to work on follow through, notating the account, and customer service in general but the quality of their product is far superior to any others I've seen.

I do not like the companies use of sub contracted labor. Our installer was fantastic and, given that he had to drive a couple hours without compensation to get to our home, he did great. But I could not help thinking about him up at 6am and home at 9 or 10pm driving in the New England weather and boston traffic. Power should be paying for mileage on his truck and some sort of per diem so the option of a motel6 after a long day of hard work is viable.I understand that this will add a couple hundred to the bill, but fair is fair. Otherwise, the product is good.

From initial request for information, through in-home sales presentation, follow-up pre-installation verification of sizing scheduling, and the actual installation, everyone on the team was professional, efficient and respectful. Clearly the company has defined a strong project management and customer relationship program. The vinyl replacement windows appear to be well designed and manufactured which is why we accepted Power's offer even though it was slightly more expensive than other companies'.
