I just want to give a shout out to this company, who specializes in home remodeling, on the amazing achievement of mis-measuring the same window 4 different times. I mean, think about how incompetent a company needs to be to employ several sales consultants (hereâ  s looking at you, Steve Brown and Matt Gussie!! High five!!) and a project manager who canâ  t actually use a measuring tape correctly? It was a real pleasure to miss 3 different days of work (because the install time will be incorrect by several hours, so make sure you take the ENTIRE day off!!) and rearrange schedules and work appointments to get one incorrectly measured window installed correctly. And donâ  t worry! If you love the company as much as we do, youâ  ll get the opportunity to talk to them for at least 3 months after your original install date trying to track down any answers on your project. Hopefully you wonâ  t get too attached to your sales consultant, because you will never ever hear from them again and there will be no direct phone number or email address on their business card. All in all, Iâ  m thrilled to spend 17k on a window project that is taking 3 months to complete. I almost feel like we should have signed with the â  quality assurance specialistâ  who tried to use his hard selling tactics to have us spend 30k on new siding and gutters even though our original project wasnâ  t even complete! In conclusion: this is seriously the worst company I have ever dealt with. Use a different company. Save your sanity. They are extremely overpriced. Thereâ  s an article in NJPEN.com about them targeting Senior Citizens with their sales tactics. They are horrible and will give you migraines. From the inside of the house all of the windows look great. The two front windows installed in brick also look nice. Here is the problem, on each of the seven windows installed in the siding. The installer did not use a sharp knife to score the edges of the paint and caulk. This left lots of jagged edges that appear torn.

Igor and co-worker that installed my front door, were great. Arrived on time and got the work done quickly. Answered any questions I had and were very polite and helpful. Customer service as whole was great as well, always got through to the correct department, everyone was always nice on the phone and followed up with calls and messages regarding install dates and times.
