Team showed up late and the finished product looks shoddy. One technician didnâ t wear booties and another did not wear a mask. Unhappy with the overall process and workmanship.

I entertained several quotes, and Power had the most product knowledge. Every employee from saleslady, installers, project lead, to the quality manager was extremely helpful and detail-oriented. The original estimate was for just two windows, but we added two more.

great work, respectfull crew. Only issue was they didn't clean up outside well enough. Had flat tires from screws left in driveway and found broken (old) glass in my flower bed. Minor but crutial.

So!!! This company is great when trying to win your business. Customer service is great up to your installation date. Because up to this point, they do not have your money and have yet to do the project. Day of the project comes (this time it was delayed due to manufacturing delay, not their issue at least giving them a benefit of a doubt here), windows installers are here on time, kudos! The project finished in a timely manner, 2.5 days or something, wonderfully done. Then downhill from there. And here is why: A. Installers did not clean as well as they should have. Wood chippings, lead paint all over the outside (our house is old and has lead paint only on the outside), NAILS all over the place, gutter downspout was removed during installation and never put back, and yes, it rained the day after. So I called to get them to come back, scheduled twice, NO CALL, NO Show on both. The third time, the Manager finally shows up because I called every 20 minutes to check on the whereabouts of the person that was coming. Finally, he did the cleaning, and all was good. B. This is the 0 stars part - The salesperson made a mistake and gave us a quote that was $2500 plus, less than what the true total would have been. When the quality assurance person showed up to confirm the job done and quote for the next job we were going to do and the amount came back by that $2500 difference, we said that is not what was agreed upon. Should they have honored their MISTAKE and RETAIN a customer - MAYBE. DID they attempt anything to retain a customer - ABSOLUTELY NOT. I was promised a call on Monday first thing, emails, etc, I got NOTHING. Needless to say, HERE is my review of this company, and PLEASE keep this in mind if you are thinking to proceed with them. For a company that supposedly has SO MANY locations and CUSTOMERS, I guess $2500 was a bit much for them to honor. Are they windows worth the money? - No, probably equally good brands out there for less. Do they do what they promised it would do? - Yes. So proceed with caution.

Power is not the cheapest but their products rock! We hear NO SOUND from the road now and it is wonderful. The windows are easy to operate and we love the crank out window in the bathroom! The house looks very different now and more modern. Very glad we went with Power!
