A wonderful experience all around! We had 15 windows and a sliding glass door replaced. Our Salesperson, Harlan, was very professional and explained the benefits of the new windows and all about Power as a company. The installers arrived on time and completed the entire job in a day! Everything was installed perfectly and the crew was courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Erin came to visit the next day to make sure everything was up to their standards and addressed any questions we had. Most certainly the best experience we've ever had with a home contractor. Highly Recommend!

Entire project from in home sale to completion was done in less than 2 months. I live in NH and the crews were from MA. Always on time to start. Finished install of 21 replacement windows in one day. Follow up in person with project manager the next day. Had an issue about outside wrap of windows with shutters. Crew returned in one week and re-wrapped every window.

They did what they promised in the initial sales pitch. The company is vertically integrated - they sell, they manufacture, they install. There is no need to go through contractors who donà  à ¢à  à  à  à  t know the product or canà  à ¢à  à  à  à  t figure out how to install it. My installation crew was led by a guy with 20+ years of experience with Power, what does that tell you?

There were a few problems with the windows installation that were swiftly taken care of and I think the two installers are no longer with the company. The doors installation was terrific. It is a bit expensive but I have a lifetime warranty

Craftsmanship was excellent. Even the county inspector commented positively. More expensive than competitors, but the service and work was top notch and clean.
