Hired Key Waterproofing to add french drain to basement they were in and out in two days and everything looks/works great.

really professional job done, it was timely and of the 4 companies interviewed, they were by far the cheapest. job was to put a French drain in 30' of the basement, with2 sump pumps. cleaned up after meticulously. Very happy with Wendell, ,Rick , and the crew.

Masonry work was above our expectations. Rick recommended a solution better than those of two competitive bidders, and Wendel's crew was in place and working 36 hours after the hire--which was remarkable. Good price, too. The work dovetailed, in structure and scheduling, with the work of our staircase carpenters. Overall very positive, but I would suggest better postwork cleanup including a more complete removal of unused materials (e.g. a giant sheet of plywood left behind).

Highest marks for Wendel and Rick at Key Waterproofing. Our basement was in terrible shape with ancient cratered floor and frequent water and dampness issues, and we wanted a dry basement with useable space. The Key guys’ pricing was about the same as another well-known competitor, but Key offered and delivered more services including, notably, removing the entire existing floor and several inches of dirt below and rebuilding with layers of stone and concrete, in addition to installing the expected water infiltration collection system and water barrier wall panels. Wendel and Rick were very clear up front in describing what was needed and how they would solve the problems. They were very responsive throughout the process when we had questions, replying to phone and text messages right away. They completed the work in the time frame promised. We ended up with a beautiful, dry, clean smelling, clean looking basement.

After decades of basement flooding, we hired Wendel and Rick to install an inside french drain. Rick was so professional with his estimate, and Wendel and his crew did a fabulous job. You wouldn't even know the system was installed. It's been two months now and not a drop of water in the basement. I would highly recommend these guys and wish we did it many years ago!!

I had an outstanding experience with Rick and Wendel after I experienced a major window well leak. They returned my call immediately and came out to check out the damage very promptly. Rick described a number of options that would address my issue and was sensitive to my concerns about price. Once we settled on a plan, they came out quickly and did the work very in a highly professional manner. I assumed that I would have to hire other contractors to address the wall and flooring damage, but they were able to handle all of that as well. My impression is that there's almost nothing these guys can't do! Given their knowledge, responsiveness, quality, and attention to detail, I expect to use them for all sorts of work in the future.

These guys did a great job installing a french drain, pump, and encapsulation of exposed parts of my basement. The crawl spaces were not easy to work in! Being a small team they are figuring out their scheduling and logistics. However the bulk of the work was completed within a week after some scheduling hiccups.

I liked the system that they installed and the thoroughness of their work. I wish that the project could stay on track and within budget a bit more but that might be due to the uniqueness of my home foundation. The project is not quite done but I anticipate a great result when it is complete.
