Soon after recently moving into my new home, a series of storms caused water to rise up across the basement floor. Several contractors assessed the situation and provided estimates. Ed from Key Waterproofing Construction was the most knowledgeable of those inspectors. He clearly explained the cause and recommended solution, and patiently answered all my questions. Also, no hard sell, lifetime warranty and the best price. Wendell and the rest of the crew were professional in all respects from start to finish. My basement is now clean, dry and usable. I would not hesitate to recommend Key Waterproofing to family and friends.
Wendell and Ed are a great team. As a first time home owner who experienced flooding after 1 month of ownership, Iâ ve been extremely stressed over the last year anytime it rains. This team alleviated all of my concerns and continued to support me until I fully understood what they were planning and also any little concerns I had along the way. Their prices were very fair (almost half of the competitors for the same service) because they donâ t try to take extra. They charge a fair price for the work. My basement is finally dry with a working sump pump and I am grateful I hired them!
Wendel Toussaint was awesome! Quick fast and nice!!! Good job very happy!
These two are the only people to hire. Key waterproofing is the company to do your home improvements. We would not ever hire anyone else. We trust them in our home. Barbara and Jerry TANZER
Both Stephen and Wendell were fantastic! They were happy to answer any and all of my questions and work with me to find the best solution for our space. The price was also over $1K less than the competitors and they didn't try to upsell us on anything that we didn't need. We haven't had any serious rain yet, but the small squalls that have come through haven't shown any signs of leaking like the basement used to.
I definitely recommend although there were a lot of conditions found once the project started that added additional cost but they were necessary That included a new sump pump and additional waterproofing.. Make sure you have very clear specifications of what you want before getting bids. They had the best price when I bid the original scope and were very responsive and also the crew was considerate and Wendell is a good site manager. I'm glad I hired them but follow on could have been a bit better
The team did a great job installing to some pumps in my basement. They worked long days to get it done quickly. With all this recent rain I have not had a drop of water inside my basement. The price was $3000 lower than my other two quotes. I recommend them to take care of your basement flooding. I gave them four stars for customer service because they did not let me know the project was complete. They just didnâ t come back.
Polite, efficient, cleaned up the site properly. Explained the finished product (sump pump and French drain) operation. Overall, an excellent outcome at a fair price.
Edward Camilio came to my house on time, suggested to me two solutions for waterproofing the floor of my basement mudroom. I selected the concrete solution, it was on Friday, Nov 25, 2022. In addition to that Edward examined my old basement, and suggested a solution for a couple of places where I had mold, because my old basement was open to outdoor throughout the summer due to the construction of the new house wing, including the new basement. The mold grew during this summer. I signed the contract on Friday, my mudroom is 154 square feet, the charge was $3172, that worked for me. The contract included fixing my fieldstone wall in the mudroom with concrete, and replacing the sheetrock covered with mold with a new one. Edward suggested to do the work by his teem within two weeks, that I considered very good during the busy holiday period. On Monday Edward called me and eventually scheduled this job to be done the very next day on Tuesday, Nov 29, I approved and the whole job was done in one day. I appreciate very much the work done by Wendel and his team sent to my house by Edward. I highly recommend Key Waterproofing Construction team!
