Very hard workers⠦⠦⠦everything was done that I asked for and they listened to my concerns⠦⠦.they work well together as a team⠦⠦they cleaned up everything and came back for a few things that needed to be done⠦⠦.I would definitely use and recommend them again⠦⠦⠦.

Like a previous customer noted Rick does the sales and Wendell and team so the work. Rick has zero knowledge. And the work was sloppy, unprofessional and Wendell only came back to look at the work since I complained. After being told he would fix it, he never did. He also said he would return material that his people told me to order - and was incorrect - and never gave me the money back. Dishonest, poor quality. Dont use them

A+!!!! Stephen was at my home same morning I contacted him and scheduled the work right away. His partner Wendell and his crew arrived on time, was very efficient, installed the sump pump system, and added a drain below the bulkhead stairs. I’m super happy with their work, they did it in 1 day and cleaned up the area very nicely. The system was installed as described and with high quality. I highly recommend Key Waterproofing if you need to address water in your basement.

Later Edit: The company followed up with me and ultimately came back out to address the issue. It's not a perfect repair, but it does allow me to connect my dehumidifier, which was my main priority in asking them to return. I have been trying to resolve a problem for 6 months regarding part of the job that the workmen had mishandled. It was a minor, quick fix, but once I paid, they were gone for good. There were also some questionable communication practices, where the workmen would question a piece of the contract and try to negotiate a better solution than had been proposed for cash on top of the contract amount.
Response from Company:
There was inter office confusion with this customer on what was done and whether or not another aspect was completed. We are glad we were able to resolve the matter for her and sorry there was a delay when busy season hit.
