The best company in the business. Very efficient, prompt service and very clean work. The job was to waterproof a very large basement. Wendell and his crew did an excellent job by digging and installing the waterproofing system and waterproofing wall barriers. They sealed everything with cement and the basement is now free of any moisture or water. Great job!

Key Waterproofing did a fantastic job correcting my basement water issue. They assessed the water leak, provided a quote for the work and resolved the issue within the next few days. Started and completed the work in 1 day just before an upcoming rain storm. System works as planned and basement was dry following a 2+ inch rain storm!

Very good at what they do.. Also helped us shore up sagging insulation over a crawl space they encapsulated. . Even with heavy rains and melting snow basement is dry. Cleaned up all the rubble too. Felt good about the whole project from initial contact thru finish. Wendell & the guys did a great job and didnâ  t have to wait long at all after Ed came out for estimate.

They were very fair and delivered on what they said they would do. Excellent company and customer service, and the basement is dry! We have had some heavy rains, but we don't have any water issues anymore. I recommend this company

Initially it was a pleasure to work with Key waterproofing construction. I hired them to water proof my basement. The work was done BUT, The only thing is the amount of money initially agreed upon changed and I was asked for more funds prior to my project being completed. An oil tank was also removed from by basement and was never returned . The tank has been outside for weeks in the rain and snow. When asking if you can put the item back, I was ignored. Now I have to find help to assist with this putting the oil tank back in the basement.. I've been taken advantage of as a single home owner and quite frankly tired of paying for services that don't get fully completed or additional work that I as the consumer have to take care of. Also after project done I was informed that a dehumidifier was included , when initially it was .

Rick was terrible to work with - rude and disrespectful. At the height of the pandemic, he refused to wear a mask in my house. Measurements were off and the project was delayed, Molding does not match the rest of the kitchen. Finishing details is hack at best, and several months later, there is a musty smell and I suspect mold is growing so we most likely have to rip it up with money wasted. DO NOT USE THEM.

Great experience with Wendell and his team at my house in N Beverly. They provided a quick estimate and started work less than a month later. In two days they re-pointed a crumbling wall and re-sealed the rest of my 1930’s basement foundation. Great experience and they take credit cards too!
