I would highly reccomend Key Waterproofing to all who are looking to waterproof their basement. Wendell and his team are very knowlegdable of their work. after 17 years of needing a sump pump install but never finding the right company. Key waterproofing gave me the assurance from my initial contact with them that we would be satisfied and made happy! and that the did. from start to finish they kept me informed and were very timely with my project. I have waited a couple of months to write this. I wanted to make sure we had a couple of big storms, and some melting snow. I have had water in my basement since the day I bought my house. This company came down after having feet of water in my basement. told me the issue and how to solve it. I can now say I am water free. I am so happy with the service they provided. I can not recommend them enough. if you are serious about finally having a dry basement and not worrying every time it rains. Give them a call. they are truly a stand up crew, i can not be more happy with the service they provided.

I was very pleased with Key Waterproofing. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and honest. He gave us good suggestions and there were no surprises. The team came in on time and was courteous and professional and efficient. Wendell was very involved and supervised the project well. He communicated with me at least 6 times between scheduling, follow-up and removal of materials. It was easy to text him and he followed up. We have had a lot of water recently and the pump is working and the basement is dry unlike before. I would recommend Key Waterproofing.

Wendell did a great job ensuring all of our needs were taken care of after we experienced a really bad water issue in our basement. Our basement is now waterproof and we are whole again. Great service!

We always had significant amounts of water coming in after heavy rain and snow melt but have not had any flooding issues since the work was completed. It was a relief to see a dry basement after the first heavy rain. The crew worked quickly and the price was reasonable. Wish we had hired them sooner.
